AtMIN7 is an immunity associated Arabidopsis protein targeted by HopM1, a conserved Pseudomonas syringae virulence protein. AtMIN7 encodes one of the eight members of the Arabidopsis adenosine diphosphate (ADP) ribosylation factor (ARF) guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) protein family. The AFR GEF proteins are key components of the vesicle trafficking system in eukaryotic cells.
